Lingo Creek Apartments

I like it here. The management is efficient and addressed a few of my concerns promptly and effectively. On moving, I had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly resolved. I had a new dishwasher and stove already installed. How nice! The neighborhood seems to be safe and neighbors seem friendly. The apartment is very spacious. It is very accommodating to handicapped living even though the apartment is not classified as being designated for the physically challenged. I hope to live many happy years here Thank you Lingo Creek

Have never lived there but I know a couple of people who do live there. When I went to my friends house that lives there the apartment's inside are spacious and are in good condition. It's pretty quiet there the people who live there are nice and always looking to give you a helping hand.

They are a SHADY PEOPLE! I left an in completed application with a check for background check ,with the manager, she called to tell me that she was not able to process without important necessary info and will mail everything back, including my check, in July! Because all info needs to be received before check can be process and then I would be placed on waiting list. I received a letter last week that she processed the information with my check without my knowledge! Because she originally told me this, I applied else where waiting to receive all of my info back from place A. I called the regional manager Marc Bacon and he did not offer an apology but said I should not have left the check there with her! she did not follow business practices and he justified it!

Site Manager needs a sike exam Seriously. I think Carpet and paint are never replaced in any apartments? I feel bad for the residents because they have no one to go to. Those who I have talked to are scared of the manager so they stay quite. I am unafraid to state the facts and real situation there 🙏

It's appartments to rent based on your income. It's kinda sloppy..maybe like a 2 star motel. If you can't afford anywhere else it's ok I guess.
