I recently leased a property from Mark Lineberry. I was so concerned because the build out was so much more than I originally anticipated and never doing such a large project was terrifying. Mark Lineberry has been so helpful. He is kind, and always listened to my concerns, and did whatever he could to make the build out go as smoothly as possible . I don't know how he does it with so many things going on, but he always is on top of things. I can't say enough about how much he has done to help me get my business back open. Dealing with Mark has been a very smooth process. We leased out a property in Mount Juliet from him and I wish I would had known about him years ago. You hear all the horror stories about business men and they don't care about there properties will I can say that he's not like that in fact everything inside of my building is brand new. He's always keep his word to me and that goes along way.
