Liberty Military Housing - Annapolis

Our experience with Liberty Military Housing in Annapolis was outstanding thanks to Maria H., our Customer Service Rep. From the beginning, she was exceptionally knowledgeable, organized, and always one step ahead throughout the move-in process. She guided us through the online application, eligibility requirements, and lease documentation with professionalism and clarity. Maria truly listens. Her knowledge of each available home was impressive. She walked us through details such as parking, storage, square footage, and community & on-base features so we could make an informed decision. Greg and Luke did a great job fixing my sink and heater. I think it's a little weird how the housing office is using this method to have us rate the maintenance techs. To be clear, the housing office is a different rating, but I don't want them to penalize Greg or Luke. They did great. This is a stupid method to rate people and artificially boost the housing offices ratings. I think I will be reporting this to Google as I feel this goes against their tos. *edit, it does directly go against the tos and it has been reported.

Maria was very helpful, nice and pleasant to us in helping us get our home. She explained everything to us and ensured that we had a smooth transition. Customer service was on point.
