Been banking here for years. The lady's and gentlemen at desk are amazing! Although when it comes to getting a start up on building already good credit or trying to elevate things they are not helpful at all. I have good credit, pay all my stuff on-time if not early. That's not a factor for them though.

No way to turn off overdraft protection for ACH. The app constantly needs to be force stopped. Wire transfer instructions are confusing and caused thousands in wires to be lost multiple times. Just exhausted. This branch and the people are nice.

Thank you for your outstanding help, friendliness and patience. It is refreshing to know there is a bank that still has integrity. Any encounter we have with this bank, it is handled with ease from their end. Kudos to all of you.

The main office drops the ball A LOT. Unless you are wanting a loan of some sort they are not interested in returning calls for things to make you money. They will say they will call you but never do so.
