Liberty by Fernmoor Homes

WORST COMPANY EVER! In my opinion, ruined this community. It's a real shame. This is what the residents have to see everyday and for months when they come home. Disgrace.

I love our home , if you look at other neighborhoods in this area , our views behind our home and around the pond are far better than any of the other sites. Fernmoor helped us through our building process. Our neighbors here at LIBERTY are AMAZING !!! This Neighborhood is just starting out check it out. We are Glad we did.

Buyer beware!  This was our experience with Fernmoor Homes. We signed our purchase agreement on April 12, 2022 and made our design selections on May 20, 2022. We were excitedly awaiting to break ground and were under the impression that it would happen within a few weeks. We became concerned when we heard nothing from Fernmoor and as a result, began texting and making calls in June. Responses were slow to nonexistent due to excuses ranging from vacations, weddings, and or illness. We finally had to call and leave a message at their corporate offices on July 11, 2022. We received a call the next day stating that there was a "challenge" with our build. We were told they could not obtain a building permit and that it might take up to 2 years before our house would be completed. Supposedly,
