LGI Homes - Sienna Square

Absolutely horrible company. I looked at a home that I was assured wouldn't be an issue to get into. Was told numerous times my income was great. Applied, and at first everything was great. The loan officer was super helpful and very responsive. However, I was then asked to sign a 2 week extension to hold the home because they "needed more time." Then I started getting ghosted by the company. I asked a couple of questions and the responses got ruder and more brash. Then I found out by looking at the portal that there was an issue. I wasn't told via email, text or call that there was an issue. I just got an automated email the following day saying to check the portal. Overall this company lures you in, makes false promises, then fails to deliver. They want the deposit but will do absolutel

I cannot rave enough about LGI! My husband and I had been waiting for quite awhile to pull the trigger on buying. But the day we drove into Sienna Square, and viewed their homes, we felt a true peace about it being the right place and the right time. And boy, were we right! The entire team at LGI was professional, prompt, helpful, and gave great guidance the entire way. Our sales consultant specifically, Gaby, went above and beyond by keeping everything on track, even when we came across some bumps on our end. She was always easily reachable for questions, and was on top of her game the entire way through. Not to mention so kind, encouraging and genuine. No pressure coming from any angle. :) Closing day was so special! And we absolutely love our home and community. It’s been about 4 months

They were very helpful and clear in the process. And guided my family though completing all necessary documents in able to get us our dream home. They were attentive and kept us updated on the process. Thanks to LGI and its team we were able to have our first home. We became a home owner. What a great way to end 2023 and to start 2024.

As being a first time home buyer the whole process of buying one can be overwhelming, but LGI made that process so much easier for me. My experience with the company and Gaby was amazing, everyone was so helpful through the process. I’m glad I chose LGI for my first home.

Avoid this builder , is such a headache since the beginning, warranty will not cover anything after certain date , so make sure you spend more money hiring a professional to inspect your house , what a fraud !!!! Stay away from….
