My family member gave BERY EISENBACH a $1,000 deposit, and it has now been over a month with no refund. We have been reaching out multiple times asking for the money back, and instead of resolving the issue, he either ignores our messages or says he’s on vacation or just got off an airplane. His travel schedule is not our responsibility. Returning someone’s deposit should be handled professionally and in a timely manner. This has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, and there has been no accountability. I would strongly caution anyone against giving him money. At the end of the day, you reap what you sow. I leave this in God’s(Jesus) hands, because He is the God of justice and vengeance, not us. I truly pray that Bery heals from whatever he is going through, that G

I live at one of their properties, Rosehill Pointe, in Lenexa, KS. They clearly can't afford to operate as this place has tanked so badly. I've got a ceiling full of moldy insulation that was patched up and is now flooding my apartment again because they can't afford plumbers that fix things right the first time. I've got a door that I can barely open and can't close that they've been telling me for 6 months that they are "working on it". It doesn't take 6 months to replace a door. I shouldn't be paying a dime to move out of this dump but I am. Absolutely ridiculous.

I can’t get ahold of anyway then when I do they answer with an attitude my tub haves been backed up for 5 months now I put in numerous work orders but nothings done . Then I have. Leak in my tub that’s growing mold but they don’t care about that how do yal take over an apartment and still be slums like the last management but want 1000 in rent what a joke

This company recently bought the property I reside at and since then stuff has gone downhill. I don't get updates on maintenance. I've been without ac currently for 5 days and am constantly asking for when it will be fixed and attempting to hunt down someone who can give me answer. No one responds on maintenance tickets, no one can give me answers on my calls. I've been told a multitude of times I will get a call back and come the time everyone leaves I've heard nothing. I'm losing my faith real fast and would highly recommend looking for a property not owner by this group.

I rented from Lexington Realty International and it was probably the best management team I've experienced in years! They were so professional at lease signing, and with any questions that came up during my stay. I was so thankful to have such a refreshingly nice experience with an property management company.
