I was looking for a flexible lease and they had an option for a 6th month, auto transfer to month-to-month. Wonderful! Patrease is extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. She made the leasing process incredibly simple, easy and quick. They give you the option to view apartments prior to signing the lease. I defiantly recommend taking a look prior to signing. They manage many properties with a verity of owners. I've been with them for 6 months now, no complaints!

If I could give them zero stars I would. These people are horrible. When moving out, they nickle and dime you for stuff that they are not allowed to charge for. Make sure you know something about tenant laws and rights if you decide to use this place. They often refused to do things when I asked them to fix things. They took over our rent when ownership changed on the place we were renting, then tried to act like they had always been who we paid rent too. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone to rent from.

I agree with many of the comments on the 1 and 2 star reviews. They were slow to get snow removed in the winter, actually most of the time it melted before someone finally came. They let a truck filled with garbage stay in our parking lot for over half a year before getting it removed. We noted damages to the apartment before we moved in, and were then charged for the repairs of those same damages. I used to clean professionally, and cleaned our apartment with professional grade cleaning supplies, only to find that they had everything re-cleaned. They will try to take every dollar from your deposit. I have been renting from Lewis Clark property for 2 years now, and they have been great to me. I had some issues within the few years and they are very responsive and quick about getting them resolved for me. They are easy to work with and are very understanding. I see they have bad reviews on google, but I had a great experience with them. Lonnie is the absolute best! She is very kind and willing to help you with anything. I recommend renting from them.

They are always rude to me, from the moment I went in to fill out my application, and every time I call for repair services or go in to pay my rent. When we signed our lease, the lady was incredibly unprofessional and gave snarky replies to any questions we had (probably because we had informed her it was our first time renting). They make it incredibly hard to go about registering emotional service animals, in hopes of discouraging people. My sister-in-law had to leave her cat with her mother for 2 months in order to take the time to fill out all of the paperwork for him. I will never rent from them again and suggest that no one else do so either.
