LeVante at Valley Vista

I was interested in this place because it has a good location to shops and restaurants. It looked nice from photos. I had a confirmed with a leasing agent twice for my appointment to tour this property with Lea and she cancelled on me last minute as I drove five hours from California to meet her. I am starting a new job and she didn’t even have any courtesy. No reason for cancellation and I was parked in front of the office already. Absolute unprofessional. She tried to reschedule me on a day I was working. Luckily I walked into the office and a nice lady named Lilia accepted me and took me on a short tour. There was dog vomit on the pavement near the second pool. Kibbles all unchewed and not cleaned up. For 1600 dollars with additional fees for a one bedroom so small you would get a lot

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Lived here for over a year, admin is terrible and this place will rob you of your money. When I first moved in I was paying $1300 for a 1 bed 1 bath, once it was time to renew they bumped up the price to $1500. Now 5 months into my renewal they lowered prices online to $1200 for the same floor plan I have. You will also be paying a $100 HOA fee every month which makes zero sense cause it’s apartments, and they do such a terrible job at taking care of the property for charging that. Grass is patchy and always has dog poop. Pool grills have been broken for over a year with no fixing. Multiple neighbors have complained about paying way too much money a month for what this complex is. 100% not worth your money!!! Can’t wait for my lease to be over!

I stopped by LeVante at Valley Vista the other day and had such a good experience! The short blonde lady who helped me was super sweet, bubbly, and made the whole tour really fun. She honestly gave me the best experience out of all the places I’ve checked out. The property itself was really clean and felt well taken care of, definitely nicer than a lot of the others in the area.

LeVante at Valley Vista has been wonderful to work with. The leasing team was responsive, transparent, and supportive throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and care made a meaningful difference during our move, and we’re truly looking forward to becoming part of the community.

A lot of these reviews are pretty brutal. Here is my experience: I have lived here 2.5 years and I am moving out at the end of the month just because they are raising my already high rent. New leases are going for about $175 less than my rent and then they want to RAISE my rent when rents are down across the valley…..uhh no thanks! Thats been my main gripe about living here. The hidden extra monthly fees and the way I already know they wont be giving back my deposit even thought there is only normal wear and tear to the unit. They’ll for sure nickle and dine. The positives: Maybe its the location of the unit I chose but its really quiet here. I have had absolutely no pest issues that others are experiencing. zmy packages are always left untouched at my door and my car doesn’t get broken
