Lennox Apartments

As someone who spent a hot minute trying to find an apartment to move in from NY, I have nothing but glowing things to say about the team here. I’ve felt supported, and readily helped with any info I needed. My unit is fantastic, and the neighborhood is lovely. I can’t remember the last time I saw kids playing in the street. Incredibly peaceful area. I very much look forward to a long stay here, and once more amazing team in the front offices. Thank you so much for your hard work.

I had a great experience living here. The apartment is comfortable, well maintained, and in a convenient location. MJ and Stephanie were amazing—very friendly, professional, and always quick to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. They truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment and supportive management.

I lived in unit 1152 building 7 and it was by far the worst place I’ve ever lived in. The office staff is trash literally. They treat people like we owe them something and let’s not forget while I was there the staff has changed 3 different times and currently do not have an office manager going to show their customer service. I didn’t even move my stuff in right away because they have a cockroach problem there. I had a friend who lived in building 16 and she as well had a roach problem! Ask any of the neighbors the complex is horrible, maintenance request take 2/3 weeks, everyone who works there sits and talks more than they do work. I'll start off with how incredibly disappointed I am at Lennox apartments and the way the management or lack of management handles situations, I mean why would they care what happens to you and your property since it's not theirs. For the prices we pay to live at this property you would think they would be more on top of their security.When it comes to contracts they expect the world from you but they can't keep their gates working properly and making sure their supposed security was doing their job. Then maybe my car wouldn't of been so easy to steal. Shaking my head. Please do better!!!!

Moving into Lennox Apartments has been a great exercise in patience, optimism, and meeting the maintenance team early. We had a few small “surprises” pop up even before we officially moved in, which was a fun way to start our leasing experience. That said, every single issue was eventually resolved — largely thanks to MJ, Maria, and another lovely team member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. MJ and Maria in particular were consistently helpful, responsive, and professional, and truly deserve credit for making sure things got handled when they did. While it would’ve been nice for everything to be perfect from the start, it’s reassuring to know there are competent, friendly people on staff who can step in and save the day.
