Their entrance is a mess. First impression entering the community. This could be an indication of the quality and service you will receive.
Almost purchased a home in Liberty East but just had a bad feeling about it. When I started to ask questions about inspections and the overall timeline, I sensed some frustration and annoyance from the sales rep. This is a big purchase and most sales reps welcome questions. They definitely seemed more concerned about the sale then finding a good fit for our family. I would not recommend Lennar. We ended up purchasing a 5bd 3 bathroom new built home with a different builder with tons of upgrades, closing cost help, and for cheaper. My recommendation would be to shop around especially in this market.
Love my new Lennar home in Liberty East. Great looking neighborhood with friendly residents.
