Do not buy in this neighborhood. The HOA does not require fences so multiple homeowners have opted to not build fences even though this is a suburban neighborhood.
Fencing is not required by HOA. First house in the neighborhood has no fence and is not willing to buy the fence
These builders have truly mastered the art of cutting corners—if only there was an award for the least pride in workmanship.
