We recently completed our second Home Buying/ Selling process with Amilyn Stange. Each time we have had unexpected situations happen that as a seller or buyer of a home causes immediate panic. Our first home was hit by Catastrophic hail damage 2 weeks before our home went on the market! Due to the extent of damage (windows, roof, siding, etc) it took months to get everything fixed.
