The Overlook Apartments

We have had nothing but AMAZING experiences with the staff and complex here! Josh has been amazing! It’s a quiet, well thought out, very spacious community. The only improvements they could make would be to attend to the lack of sufficient power. Breakers pop a lot. Also, additional parking needs to be added. There aren’t enough spaces. But overall, our family is very happy here!

This has got to be the best experience EVER. Davian and Josh were very helpful. We had a horror story with Gateway North apartments, decided to try out overlook once in there and explained our situation with them they were able to get us in that same night. Davian definitely exceeded our expectations and went way above what we expected. This is the type of complex you want to be living in. Great people!

Beware doing business with this complex as their communication skills are well below par and their professionalism is nonexistent. Jan 8 I dropped my deposit , two days later I was told I was approved. Not even a few days later I ran into some troubles and called to ask if my deposit could be transferred to another complex, 20 minutes away but under the SAME MANAGEMENT. Not a big deal at all. I was told I’d be updated as they’d never received a request like that, I called the leasing office multiples times to get an update and it was always the same “the regional isn’t in office, I left him a note” — you’d think I’d continue to get updates seeing as they have a 600 check in their hands. No. I finally got ahold of the regional managers email and phone, left both a voicemail and email statin

We have had a great experience all the way around with this place… Josh is awesome and accommodating. The places are newly built and we got exactly what we were looking for at a surprisingly good rate per month. Check them out, they don’t disappoint.
