The Ridge at Johnstown by View Homes

My husband and I are so glad we found Alison. She literally has worked with us every step of the way. Closing is much later than expected, but things happen and we understand. Alison has provided so much insight into each step, and provided great detail as to what each portion of the building entails. She is always courteous, polite, and readily available to answer questions. When she is unsure of a requested option, she will delve into it and provide an answer promptly. View Homes is very fortunate to have her and we are truly blessed to have her guide us through this process. Could not ask for better folks. Cannot wait til closing and to be part of this community.

I work as a Realtor in Northern Colorado and just closed a buyer in The Ridge Neighborhood in Johnstown. Horizon View provided one of the best new construction experiences I have had in 5 years. Their sales staff (John and Alison) were communicative, kind and helpful at every step. We were never in the dark about what was going on. The build quality appears great and the construction team, led by Clayton, was happy to oblige any requests we had to improve issues at our final walk. New construction can feel like a crapshoot sometimes and in this instance it did not! Worth considering the Ridge for your next Home!
