Terrible warranty services!! People are excellent at talking but do nothing to fix the issues. Has taken weeks to get any answers because everyone is always on vacation I’m told. home cooling system not functioning correctly. Takes 1hour 45 minutes to cool 1 degree. Floor has multiple major high spots that cannot be repaired without extensive work. See pictures!!
Not at all pleased with the warranty department or the Superintendent. Especially concerned about our signatures being forged on our final walk through papers. I love my home. My husband and I would just love for the work that should have been done in May of 2023 to actually be completed.
HOLES EVERYWHERE, they lowkey ghost you . Over priced for how the apartment is truly I have all sorts of pictures and videos no effort what’s so ever .all these pics where from a video there’s way more. Today was suppose to be our move in day and this is how it was
We were dropped from our contract by Century Communities and our earnest money is still being withheld a week after. Look elsewhere for a home.
County Road 46 1/2 is closed at County 17, YARDS from Crestone. Reroute to County 19. This was true on Monday, Aug. 8th 2022, and appeared to be true for 3-4 weeks
