Lennar at Harpers Mill

This involves the Townhomes Lennar is putting up in Harper's Mill. I've waited to post this, giving Lennar a chance to make things right. I've been in retail for over 20 years, and managed a few dealerships, and if ANY of my employees ever treated customers the way I was treated with this purchase, they'd be gone. There is zero etiquette when it comes to the sales staff there. Pompous attitudes, delayed responses, half-assed information (in regards to HOAs). Buckle up, I'll give the full recap: When I first toured a model home at Watermark in the Ironbridge section of Chester, I was impressed. The layout was beautiful, the kitchen included a coffee bar, and I was assured by the sales agent that this model represented my chosen floorplan in Harper's Mill, they just hadn't completed any of

Sloppy Work, Regretful Investment – Stay Away from This Builder I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. This builder delivered one of the worst-quality homes I’ve ever seen. Caulking throughout the house started peeling within weeks of moving in – a clear sign of rushed or improper application. The staircase creaks and feels unstable – we’re genuinely concerned about safety. Cupboards are already peeling, even without heavy use. Materials used feel cheap and poorly installed. To top it off, we’ve had a leaky roof – completely unacceptable in a new build. Windows are misaligned, making it impossible to install blinds properly. A basic design flaw that shows zero attention to detail. This wasn’t just a badly built house – it’s a chop job, plain and simple.

Never ever believe Lennar. They are worst builders I have seen, they are selling homes by cheating people. When you raise the concern not even caring to respond. Epically this lady Carly Evans called as sales manager, she doesn’t even have time to talk with customer, they are simply looting money with cheap sales tactics. At the time of purchase they promised that they gonna grade the lawn that it will be feasible to walk. Believing their words I did pay the deposit. They took a week to complete grading and lawn is in uneven and cannot mow it or walk on lawn, and no one cares to respond. I would give them negative stars.

Michelle Eke is absolutely the best New Home Consultant we worked with at Harpers Mill. She kept updating us with new information as and when it became available. She was tirelessly communicating with us and kept sending us different floorplans and lot locations in order for us to make the best decision and help us make up our minds. Great job.
