Lennar at David Estates

First issue first agent was unable to continue with us. I had no idea how aggressive their home buying situation was. Literal minutes of submitting our money I was told I didn't do it fast enough. Then we were offered a second home by a second agent - first communication he commented asking “will there be any additional emotional outbursts” As things progressed my husband found alcohol on the property. He made a comment about it and was told to keep quiet or they could choose to break the contract (this was literally a text conversation). Upon further investigation more beer bottles found throughout the building sight. THE BUILDERS ARE DRINKING WHILE BUILDINGS HOMES!!! A day later some how there is an issue with a specific amount of my income. This told us they were working to break

Lennar is a scam, even if you use a realtor. We talked to a really nice sale person but things got messy when he resigned. The loan agents are ridiculous and never were on the same page. They questioned every single detail about our finances. It's not even that hard to apply for a car loan. We knew we had to sell our home and we were waiting for an offer. When out of the blue Lennar sent a cancellation notice via email. We had no idea what was going on. When I spoke to the managers apparently a due date was posted but no one told us. Lennar gave us one more day but we didn't receive the offer in time. Lennar decided they couldn't wait so, cancelled our loan because they changed our status from qualified to disqualified. In the contract I didn't notice, my real estate agent pointed it out,

This message is to all the people out there that are planning on getting a home with Lennar at David Estates Portland, Texas, I recommend, to stay away from this Real Estate, Don’t trust, Real Estate Agent, Mr. Elie, Loan Officer Jennifer Woitena, They don’t care about people all they care about is money, once you turn from the deal, they keep your money, They’re a bunch of liars.

Homes that are being built look fabulous, great area going to miss those wheat fields if the sell .
