Don't rent from North Bay Properties! Their student apartments maybe nice but dealing with them is a nightmare. Their administrative staff is very unprofessional. Laurel Kope tried shaking down my son for an additional 2 months rent. After showing her the lease, she admitted she made a mistake but showed no remorse. She is a poor representative of North Bay Properties and I am still waiting to talk to ownership.
