Oak Manor Villas Portland

A haven for wildlife lovers! You can enjoy a variety of different insects at Oak Manor Villas. Cockroaches, earwigs and especially ants. You can keep ants in your kitchen, in your bed, on your clothes, even on your skin – basically anywhere you want ants, you can have them. I have been living with the Building 30 ant colony for a few weeks now and they don’t show signs of leaving any time soon. Giving this review only 4 stars as I do not personally like ants.

Great place to live!! Sherryann, the leasing agent, is very friendly. Very quiet community, and the neighbors are great. Whatever issues we had with our unit were fixed in a timely manner.

We moved to Oak Manor a few months ago and absolutely love our home and our community! The community is so safe and clean. Our management team is always eager to help and communicate clearly. Every person on the OM staff is like family. Our maintenance man is the most hard working man we’ve ever met! Our sons call him uncle and love to share popsicles with him on a hot day! I HIGHLY recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a HOME for their family!

Going on our third year living here and we have no complaints. It's family friendly and child safety is a top priority! The property is very well maintained, landscaping is always on schedule as is pest control. Mari and her office staff have been exceptional in taking care of any concerns and maintenance has been prompt the couple of times we've needed them. My family and I didn't think we would enjoy "apartment" living but we have had a great experience in these townhomes, thus far. The environment has a more private feel than I had imagined it would have been, which is a plus. They are pet-friendly, too! Lots of open space to walk your furry ones!

They never watered the grass for the three years I lived there. Trees never grew, so no shade. Can’t even walk in the yard without almost breaking an ankle. About $1800/month once all the extra fees are included for a two bedroom w garage. Property managers are were nice at least. Oh, and after paying rent on time for three years maintenance guy gave me crap about using the trash can when I was moving. Never again.
