I had multiply gas leaks in a house I was paying 1200 for when we moved in there was a gas leak when I had my son a few months later there was another one that landed him to go to the hospital thank god he was fine but after that we had 2-3 more GAS LEAKS!!! They said it was “poor ventilation “ and didn’t do anything about it that was September of 2025 my lease ended in March of this year well ever since we moved in we have had plumbing issues one being our toilet has been broken since we moved in and didn’t flush the maintenance guy saw and didn’t do anything about it this being mine and my husbands first time renting from a real-estate agency we didn’t want to bother them anymore then we needed too about the plumbing since we had to about the gas leaks bc they had already had an attitud

I have been working with this company for several years now. They are not only responsive but they are proactive in solving solutions for my rental home. I turned my keys in when we moved out..I gave notice the month before..the house was spotless, the garage was also and the yard had been mowed.Only for it to take 2 months for anyone to acknowledge anything and I had called on 2 separate occasions to check and see if they had gone by there.I got a call from Amanda asking me for my rent 3 weeks after we moved out..No one knew anything except the girl I gave the keys to..Now over 2 months later, they send me a letter charging me for water to clean, and yard work..if they had done what they were supposed to, and not let it sit for 2 months it would have been all good...These are just excuses to keep my money...They even have the wrong move out date on the paperwork because no one did their job..I'm extremely disappointed...And I was promotin
