Seagrass Cottages at Northshore

I’m giving one star because of the poor service from the office staff. It really affected the living experience The apartments are beautiful and the maintenance guy is always kind and helpful. However, the office staff can be unresponsive to maintenance requests, and seem bothered when residents follow up. We’ve asked for pest control many times, but we never had it. This could be a wonderful place if the office team improved their communication and service.

This complex is the prettiest one in the city! We moved from a home to a 2 BR/2 & 1/2BA + 1 car garage; the floor plan was well thought out, so comfortable; w/d upstairs an area out the back door + a front porch to sip your coffee in the morning; the amenities are something to brag about🫶, awesome pool, larger than average gym, clubhouse + court for basketball/tennis/pickleball are all BEAUTIFUL; the neighborhood lends to safe walking routes; oh, and no neighbors upstairs! My husband tells me at least once a week how much he enjoys living here! The icing on the cake are the kind and gracious lovely ladies in the office☀️

Valerie was amazing to work with. She is people friendly and made the whole process of moving in a lot easier. I can’t thank her enough.

Truly have had a wonderful experience even before we lived here! Such a great community to live in. Office staff is so friendly! Very on top on fixing any issues that is needed.

My family and I are totally loving our new place. It has a great infrastructure and it's so peaceful. Also the office staff is so friendly and helpful!
