Lennar at Crosby Farms

DON'T BUY FROM CRYSTAL. Don't even speak with her. My husband and I were looking to buy a house, and she showed us a few that we didn't like. Then we went on our own to Lennar at Synovia, where we found Carlos, who made a huge effort to show us houses that we actually liked. We bought a house with him. Then CRYSTAL called my husband and was rude and unprofessional on the phone because we chose to go somewhere else. She cried to her manager about "her sale" being stolen from her. And Carlos didn't receive the commission! Carlos did all the work!! She didn't deserve anything. We called their manager, and they told us they would do something about it, but they never did. I REGRET SO MUCH EVEN MEETING HER. DON'T BUY FROM THERE.

Buyers Beware! Do not waste your time with this builder. Hector was who sold us the home & now refuses to terminate contract after their lender denied us. Their Lender is a joke, “Rebecca” was the lender assigned to us. Good luck getting in touch with them. After we put down $2500 in Ernest money she went on and said we were DENIED. They did not issue a denial & REFUSE to refund us our Ernest money!! Very unprofessional, horrible company to do business with!
