We just moved in and so far we have had a great experience! Erick was so kind to meet us during his own time on a sunday afternoon to give us our keys and go over our lease. He is very kind and very informative. The Crosby square apartments have so far been a great experience, the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly, not to mention safe! And we have been very amazed with the support and extra communication that has bee presented. We also love that they provided a neighborhood Easter egg hunt for all the little ones living here. Over all 5+++ stars

I have lived here for almost three years and have not had a single issue, the manager Eric is very kind and will help out when or if you fall on hard times. they responded great with everyone during this covid-19 pandemic also.

Terrible apartments! We lived there for about 3 years and there is not office to go and talk to the landlord. You have to call who ever is in charge that week. They've all the place so much you don't know who is in charge. The maitence is a joke. We had our dry wall prepared outside and this man literally made his wife do all the work while he layed down on my front porch outside my door. I believe his kid was there helping the wife too. There are always being fighting and yelling running around and doing drugs here. If you have kids don't bring them here the other kids are bad influences. Parking is also a big problem. I see that They are trying to fix it up now so maybe there is hope for it. I just did not like our experience at all.

I’ve been here roughly 2 years, and all though no place is perfect, this is pretty home(y) to my family and I. Any issues we have they typically get resolved pretty quickly, along with anything personal that comes up the management is great with working with you thus very understanding.
