Rosa is absolutely incredible. Not only is she patient and provides excellent communication and customer service, jut she cares. There is no question she is not willing to answer , she is a safe place that keeps buyer's in mind. In this economy it is important to do your research and feel safe with your builder and sales agent. Homebuying is one of the largest decisions you will make. In addition to great products in each price point, Rosa is definitely a light that has been very consistent and insightful in this 3 year journey. We are 30 days away from closing, thanks castlerock and thanks Rosa. We have seen several builder and agents over the years Castlerock is a gem.

The process of purchasing a home with CastleRock was a dream thanks to theirs incredible team. Rosa, Sam and Patty are all very honest and communicative people. Since the beginning we inquired about building with our guards up, looking for where they might cut corners. Not once did they disappoint us. We had a list full of questions at each phase and they went out of their way to respond outside of business hours. Our contractors Edgar, Preston and Chris are also invaluable members who also answered every question with a smile and really took a teaching role throughout the building phase so that we may understand building code and the process.
