Whisper Oaks Apartments

Awesome place! We needed to move urgently and Eric worked with us every step of the way to ensure we would get into an apartment quickly and efficiently. Eric the property manager was very kind and helpful.

Moved in here almost 1 year ago. Never any problems with maintenance or management. Laundry equipment does break down but that's no fault of management. That's caused by residents not caring how they use them. Convenient to all local stores. Great job you guys. Keep it up!!!!

My wife and I have been here for 4 years, and have never had a problem! Eric (the manager) is always super friendly and professional. The office is always open (during business hours) for anything you need to discuss or even just for a quick chat about the weather. They work quickly to handle any work orders you might submit. The property is quite and peaceful, and the neighbors are always there if you need a hand. Overall it's one of the best renting experiences I've ever had.

1 years lease is up and I’m moving across the state or I would stay. I can only speak about my unit 4 building. No issues, anytime noticed any bugged told them and they were on it fast, u can’t help with others place is nasty. Any issues normally within 1 to 2 days and it was fixed. Heater issue fixed same day. No issue with car damaged or broken into. No issue with apartment There’s a fire pit place outside pretty cool. Wish they had a kids play ground but I know they are looking into it. Over all no bad experience Pay your rent and there’s no issues, be a good neighbor and you will not have issues. Quiet area, pets friendly, I don’t have any but people next to me did, but never heard them, in fact did not know they even had dogs for months. I would live here again if I move back. Apartme

Love love love my granddaughters apartment... i wanted her n my great grandchildern to be in a nice place to call home. Thier school n her job is close by. She has eyesight disability,she cant drive n she ubers to work. She close to all the stores n drs. Just a call away. I hear great things about her manager Eric..At first i was not so sure it was a good idea to leave her family. Now that ive seen n heard good things about her new home, i dont worry so much. Lol Thank you Mr. ERIC for taking care of my family. Wonderful apartments n ppl. So nice. Kids love it too especially thier new friends.
