This community stands out as one of the most exemplary I have encountered in my 25 years in the construction industry. Ross and his team are exceptional superintendents who demonstrate a profound understanding of their responsibilities and execute them flawlessly. It is uncommon to observe projects of this scale progressing with such remarkable efficiency. If I were in the market for a property, this location would undoubtedly be my choice. Their meticulous attention to detail is unparalleled. The consistent high quality of their work is truly commendable, and these individuals warrant significant recognition for their contributions.

I have been living here for a little over a year and i do not recommend. My home is very poorly insulated. In the summer it gets very hot and winter very cold. The air comes in through my microwave, dryer and a vent in the laundry room. I have had an inspection and already spoke with warranty team. According to the builder these things are “normal” this is the 3rd home i have owned so i understand insulation.
