Pipes are always getting clogged Have to request maintenance more than a person would like to Management is rude and they don’t seem to have residents best interest. They leave notes on peoples cars about a non parking area but must feel entitled to still park in the same spots themselves. management before was way better then attended to every need . Don’t know why the owners switched up but after 4 years of living here I feel I’m being pushed out.

I echo the other rave reviews about this complex. It was beautifully and scrupulously maintained. I live near the pool area which has one of the better views and a great deck. All the units are different, each with its own pros/cons, so it's nice (depending on availability). Since the new management company took over they have done a phenomenal job of cleaning up the community. The last company that was here let this place go and the residents really suffered. I have seen so many changes and the quality of the property has gotten much better.

The office staff are great. But security at night not so great. My car got stolen twice in a month by teenagers and recovered with severe damage. Both times my car was stolen it happened around 1:30 am. I now have a camera in my window and I rarely see the security car drive by. Never had any issues until this past Feb. it’s just a shame because I love my apartment.

I lived there 2017 to 2019. Lease started at 1400 per month and l decided to move because of increase to 1800 per month. Seriously? Apartment was burglarized when on vacation and there was no sympathy from them at all. Paying for the stupid gate that's always broken irritated me. They were pretty good about repairs. Expecting some of my deposit back and gave me a bill for replacement of 2 bathtubs, floor damage, chipping paint on cabinets, and more. Pure corruption. I contacted their corporate office and explained that tubs were brand new and didn't even need deglazing and, sent me a check for the floor only. The rest of my deposit was sold to a debt collector and is on my credit report. I still was able to move to Georgia and purchase a home with monthly mortgage less than 1,000 per mon

I’ll start out by saying the people that work the front office are great! I lived here for a few years now. My car has been broken into a few times along with a guest I had here as well. They have on site security at night that literally sits in one spot for god knows how long and is only here once or twice a week. The front gates stay open allowing for homeless and low life’s to come in and out. Owner apparently doesn’t care. We also pay for water collectively and the sprinklers are broken and just run down the driveway and run for a long time. Maintenance individuals are also great, however it can take some time to get it done. Whoever owns it just throws luxury on it and increases rent at an obsurd unjustifiable rate. The apartment size is quite good but that’s where it ends.
