Legacy Park Apartments

Skylar at legacy park apartments is a great!! has always helped us anytime we have an issue at our residence (honestly rare) Skylar is always the first one to help us out. She helped us get into our first apartment and really had our best interest in finding the best fit for us with a speedy move in.

I SPEAK FOR MYSELF, current residents, and others who have lived here before us. DO NOT MOVE HERE! So many things are SWEPT UNDER THE RUG. The NEIDERS COMPANY IS SHADY, and the MANAGEMENT IS CROOKED! The apartments have BED BUGS, ROACHES, and MICE! MAINTENANCE, PROPERTY MANAGER, and ASSISTANT SNOOP THROUGH YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS while doing "inspections" or "repairs". I know that's ILLEGAL! TRASH is ALWAYS LITTERED THROUGHOUT the property! The POLICE are LITERALLY HERE EVERY OTHER DAY! Vehicles on the property are BROKEN INTO or ILLEGALLY TOWED! Residents INTENTIONALLY make the GATES MALFUNCTION so PEOPLE CAN COME IN, and OUT WITHOUT USING a CODE or GATE KEY! I've seen PEOPLE SELLING DRUGS out of their apartment! Oh My oh My, Where do I start? If you're thinking of moving into this place ; you're better off living in your own car! in the streets! And I'll tell you why...it's Nasty, and inconsistent as hell. Nasty why? I can show you a whole album of mice pictures with a movie on the side. Want more? Oh yeah, bed bugs and roaches (Doesn't matter how hard you clean your apartment- been there--done that.SORRY.) In the back area of the last row of apartments it smells like cat poop& piss everytime you inhale air; I had to buy a box of masks. As you walk up the stairs, the stairs are shaky, so becareful for your life; doubt they will pay your medical bill. They always leave notices on your door saying " they'll come in and check stuff on this date ect" they never show up and keep re sending new notice

Absolutely LOVE Justice Dollar! My stay here at Legacy Park Apartments was one MILLION times better because of her! 😍 she went above and beyond for me and my kids! We loved hanging out in the pool this last summer! The fact that they have so many laundry rooms on site was very convenient! They also have a wonderful gym and a book bus comes in the summer! So much fun stuff! Thank you so much for everything!

Legacy Park was clean and Skylar in the office was very helpful, answered any questions I had and everyone was very friendly!
