Legacy On Main I Apartments

Where do I start? I reached out about an apartment in October. I moved in on the 3rd week of November! Adi reached out quickly and opened a clear line of communication through phone and e-mail. She was very proactive, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole application process. Cory was very helpful and friendly, not rude like most residential maintenance staff. She handled the paperwork and he handled the handiwork. A true definition of a dynamic duo! I couldn’t ask for a smoother application process. I’m extremely happy where I am! Good management is hard to find these days and I found a great one!

If you're applying here prepare for the roaches!!!! So many roaches crawling during the day time, especially at night! Piles on top each other runnin around, baby roaches and big fat ones. Oh yeah, make sure you wear shoes at night or you're going to squish a a whole lot of roaches!!! Maintenance sucks here they don't spray, they take forever to fix things, it's like alll they do is sit around all day and do nothing. Must be easy money for these people. While this whole place is infested badly! Roaches are crawling around inside and on the outside. Trash is everywhere on the property, including dog poop. Maintance at legacy on main 2 sucks. He ride around on the golf cart and watch movies in the maintenance garage. Manager is rude this property sucks badly infested with roaches. Needs new

I have lived at Legacy. Main for four years. It has been a great experience, very quiet & clean area. When things need to be fix maintenance accommodates, Wonderful place to raise a family. I give it a thumbs up.

Sara at legacy on main II off extebsion is the very best! We went to about 10 other properties and no one was as thorough or knowledgeable. Sara advised exactly what was needed to bring in to apply and the costs and the availability. Sara you are the best!! I hope your employer sees all you do. Balancing multiple walk-ins new and current guests. Knowing the section 8 process. Knowing the required income and room guidelines for families. Having everything clean and in order. Jumping on the phone to call me back when I didn’t leave a message. You are a Diamond! Thanks for being pleasant and happy doing a job well done.

Love leagacy on Main2 there pool is always clean and if anything breaks Sylvia gets 👨‍🔧 .to fix it I love my community very nice place to live!!
