Le Chateau Apartments

This is a horrible place to live. The staff, name Rhonda is putting my son and roommate out due to a noise complaint twice . They both work and play video games and go to college. I have called several times no one answered or have returned my calls. I will be making a trip to Durant to discuss this matter professionally in the next few days. I have also contacted my legal team and knows my sons right as a paying tenant and have never had a formal complaint at this place before. This establishment is very unprofessional and treat its paying customers like nobodies without hearing their side of the story. Rhonda is not the best or understanding person to run an apartment complex. My apartment H3 has flooded 3 times since I've lived there. They knew about the leak in the central unit above us and didn't let us know. One day the floor is flooding, it's pouring down in our central unit from the one up steps. When it was all said and done my carpet floors are soaked. And maintenance still hasn't fixed it. 2023 the sewage backed up & flooded the apartment, beginning of 2024 the upstairs central unit flooded our apartment again. Our manager didn't even offer to shampoo the carpet or dry then out with fans or something. They've raised the rent now for the past 3 years by almost 100$. I don't know where the raised rent goes. I've been with La Chateau Apartments for the past year and I must say, it's one of the best experiences I've had at a residence. The apartment was maintained well when I arrived, spotless & absolutely no pest. For the price, you truly wouldn't believe the deal. Mrs. Rhonda Hamill took real good care of my needs as well as the needs of other tenants, maintenance and pest control (Monthly Pest control Sprays) were always timely and reliable. 100% recommend!
