I moved onto a place that had not been cleaned because there were people living there til right before I moved in. I was fine with it....but then I get charged 100 dollars for "interior cleaning" when I cleaned that house top to bottom before I left. They also charged me 50 bucks for "2 mini blinds replaced". I annotated the blinds being broken in my move in inspection. I DEFINITELY left it better than I found it...but they still charged me

My husband and I have gone through this company since April 2018. Tiffany and Misty have taken over the company, and hasn't let us down yet. If we had an issue with our place, it was taken care of right then and there. I wish this company would actually extend to the city, because they made it so easy to look at houses within Lawton. If someone asked me who I would recommend for an amazing house rental company, I'd point them in their direction. Thank you to the both of you. We really do appreciate everything.

We moved to Lawton from the east coast knew nothing about Lawton or Oklahoma. looked at homes from several other companies while looking at one of those homes I Accidently ran into a house in an awesome neighborhood that I loved ( w/o even seeing the inside). I Met Tiffany and Misty, viewed the house and ended up with so much space for a great price for 4 years. They communicated everything up front. They dont treat you like a dollar sign. They respond quickly to all maintenence requests. You can pay your rent online. Mostly anything can be handled in the portal. If they dont have what you are looking for they will definitely help you find it. The most normal people you meet in Lawton will be Tiffany and Misty.

When I was looking for a place, Lawton Realty seem to be the only place who gave enough care to call back. Through out my duration of staying, Mrs. Linda Poe has always been available when I needed assistance or even an answer to a simple question. They have a completely remarkable team. I'm all about Lawton and the great people we have in this town that care for it. Through out my course of living and renting properties, Lawton Realty by far has shown the most compassion for their people and town. This is a business that I can respect. Thank you Lawton Realty Group for making this a pleasant experience for me.

Never had an issue with Lawton Realty Group and Tiffany Walker. We moved to Lawton 2 years ago with little or no knowledge of the area. Tiffany helped us through the process, answered all of our questions and more. We ended up renting for 2 years and purchasing our first home with Tiffany's help. Very satisfied!
