Cuts water off at least once a month without notice and keeps it off for hours on end

Went by the complex to view apartment. Was greeted by the property manager. This young lady was the most professional and friendly manager I have met in the longest time!! I have visited numerous apartment complexes that are in this price range. I have to say that the managers at these other places were not professional, some were rude, like they didn't care to rent me an apartment. This complex was pleasant looking ,in fact a big improvement from before when I have driven by. The units are very clean, very roomy and affordable for someone on a budget. When my current lease is up, I'm seriously considering coming here.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE IS IGNORED THE APPRECIATE ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND MICE. I HAVE NEVER RESIDED ANYEHERE LIKE THIS. TALKING WITH MANAGERS IS USELESS. YOU GET LIP SERVICE. THREE MANGERS IN LESS THAN A YEAR.OMLY GOOD CHANGE IS LESS NOISE RECENTLY. THE PARKING LOT IS A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN. I PAY MY RENT ON TIME ABD MIND MY OWN BUSINESS. I DID NOT RENT AN APARTMENT TO.LIVE WITH COCKROACHES.PLEASE GET AN EXTERMINATOR. JUST SPRSYING WATERED DOWN CHEMICALS BY MANGERS DOES NOT END PROBLEM. IT MIGHT BE ALOT NICER PLACE TO LIVE. MY FOCUS IS MOVING OUT BECAUSE I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE CONDITION OF THE APARTMENTS.
