I just recently moved into Lawrence Station and coming from a previous apartment unit where maintenance was quite difficult to get ahold of, I want to give a special shoutout to George and his maintenance team. They always respond in a prompt and efficient manner and are super courteous and accommodating to anything I need. They make sure to get the job done and keep me updated through every step. Shout Out to Alicia and Jorge – Above and Beyond Service! A few weeks ago, we had a pretty stressful situation—water was leaking through the light fixture above our toilet. Naturally, we were worried, especially with water and electricity being so close together. Alicia responded immediately. She arrived quickly, carefully inspected everything, and made sure to rule out all possible causes before doing any repairs. Once she identified the issue, she explained what needed to be done and gave us clear, helpful advice. I was scheduled for a self-guided tour and had some trouble getting in with the code but Alicia was super helpful in guiding me toward the first unit I was going to look at. She then took the time to guide me around and show me the different facilities as well as the other units I was scheduled to see.
