One issue I have so far are the neighbors that block the sidewalks with cars. The homes are equipped with 1 or 2 car garages, however tenants are using the garage as storage OR they have more cars than the garage can hold. Both of course are rights they have but the recourse results in blocking the sidewalk or tenants park on the lawn making it impossible to use the sidewalk for it's intended use. Also, tenants often block fire hydrants. I've made complaints to the front office but nothing has been done to address that issue. Be advised that they only have ONE maintenance personnel, poor guy does everything himself. He's great and does a good job answering service, but he's alone. Only been living here for a month. Homes are nice size, mostly new appliances. Expensive "smart home" package

We’ve been here for three months and our experience has been amazing since we found about this development. Before moving the application was such an easy process. Alexus is EXCEPTIONAL. It was wonderful to have the chance to pick the townhome we wanted. Service for anything you need also was fast and very respectful . I love our house. The neighborhood and the peaceful atmosphere.

Beautiful and upcoming neighborhood. We've had the pleasure of living out here for at least three months now and we don't regret it at all. We have neighbors on both sides of the wall, as we stay in a one car garage home and have zero complaints about noise. Alexus and the rest of her team don't rest on issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. She welcomed us in, was very personable and made our transition in to the home smooth. This is still a developing neighborhood and she's doing a phenomenal job managing it. The homes are serviced by Spectrum and a security system is available for installation. While it can be a bit distant from POIs, I wouldn't trade the spacious home, rent, or quiet neighborhood.

Just got approved!!! The application process was a lil tricky but Chole was great and very informative helping us get through the application. My wife is very excited about our new home cant wait to move into it.

Do not move here! It was such an amazing neighborhood at first. Now it’s just going down, cars block the road, the mailbox(which is illegal) oh and apparently if you have noisy neighbors the community does absolutely nothing about it. They also like to blatantly ignore multiple of your emails. Seeing how there is now no one in the leasing office, the community acts like they don’t have to do their job. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t let them fool you that they tried to handle the situation my emails have been completely ignored by this community and there is no one in the leasing office to talk to. Genuinely horrible leasing office and horrible community.
