This place is a dream come true! Especially for someone in a wheelchair! We had the best experience touring this place, as well as moving in! They have valet garbage, which is priceless when you’re in a wheelchair, the office managers are both so friendly and wonderful! It has 440 units, but it’s so well laid out, it doesn’t feel like that. Our apartment is well laid out and when we toured our apartment, the manager made sure that I could get into every room to verify with wheelchair accessible for me. They really try to match the needs of the person to the apartments that are available . So many other apartments we looked at said it was a handicap apartment but they would have double stack dryers or curbs I could not even access. I strongly warn anyone thinking about renting from this apartment company to read every single word of their application paperwork. They hide critical clauses in the fine print that can cost you your money even if you never sign a lease. In my experience, they held my security deposit without a signed lease agreement, which feels completely unethical. Nothing was clearly explained upfront, and once your money is in their hands, good luck getting it back. The process feels designed to trap applicants rather than welcome tenants. Their management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and difficult to deal with. Instead of transparency, you get pressure and excuses. This is not how a legitimate rental company should operate. I've had a great experience living in this apartment! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and well-managed. The unit itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable layout. Appliances work perfectly, and any minor maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally by the staff. The management team is responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. They communicate clearly and are always available to help with questions or concerns. The apartments are well taken care of the amenities are above par. The location is conveneient. I was worried about safety but the grounds are double gated and I spoke with some tenenats, one of which she has lived there for ten years and feels very safe and is very satisfed with the management and the maintenance. I would like to give a large shout out to Carly! She was very informative, responsive and professional. I was well taken care of and felt my needs for myself and my young kids were in capable and caring hands with her. Thank you, Carly!

AWEFUL!!! You can’t have any sort of home vibe on you balcony but you can throw cigarette butts all over the place, trash the the community sidewalks, and trash the dumpster areas, but god forbid you put something on your balcony. If you like paying 2.3k+ monthly and absolutely NOTHING to get fixed in your apartment or complex in general you have found the right place for you!! If you like your car getting broken into or packages stolen off your porch then you’re gonna love it here because even though it is a gated community the gates are broken 60% of the time and even when they do work the office will be little to no help. If you like people parking in places they shouldn’t and dinging your car then I have good news for you!!! Oh but don’t worry the apartment complex can call a tow truc
