Sunridge Terrace Apartments

Beware of Loud Upstairs Neighbors and Unresponsive Management I moved in November 2024 and immediately regretted it because of the constant stomping, banging, and heavy footsteps from the tenants upstairs. It’s so loud it feels like living beneath elephants. Since then, I’ve emailed management multiple times with recordings and even provided a police incident number after calling in a late-night noise complaint. Their only response has been, “We’ll ask them to keep it down.” Nothing has ever improved. My most recent email wasn’t even acknowledged. Because of this, I have never had a quiet evening after work or a peaceful day off. The noise is relentless, and I now dread being home. My washing machine had stopped working. Wouldn’t agitate, wouldn’t spin. decided to send a maintenance request, thinking I’d hear back in the coming days. My phone rang within 3 minutes. They said that they wanted to take a look now, if I was available. Arrived less than 5 minutes later. My washing machine was fixed and working as new, in less than half an hour after I had submitted the maintenance request! Beyond impressed and grateful.

I would never recommend anyone to move into these apartments unless you want to live in mold the maintenance crew is incredibly lazy and not helpful. The apartments were built terrible to Harbor mold especially in the bathroom windows and walls. They replaced my window and that took months to happen and the mold still came back. They are truly no help. There’s no way water should be leaking in the windows and walls. If you care about your health don’t move here. It’s traumatizing

It’s been great living here so far. The leasing agents were sick during the moving process but they had enough quality staff to effectively and accurately get everything done. The apartment is super nice and I’m really happy living here.

I lived here back in 2022. The apartments were okay but felt pretty empty/cold. Tried to get out of my lease that I was on with my abusive late husband but they told me they could not break the lease even with a domestic abuse case. Then when my late husband died, they sent the last month of rent that he couldn’t pay to collection (was not living there and couldn’t get off the lease) which ended in me filing for bankruptcy. No sympathy from the leasing office. They told me my abusive husband could “reapply and see if he qualifies”. Be wary.
