Management is kind and understanding. Maintenance is prompt, thorough, and and friendly. The walls must be unusually thick because I almost never hear my neighbors. When messes occur in common areas, they are cleaned up promptly, and the HVAC in the common areas keeps my electric bills lower than in past places I've lived. The key-fob entry and interior front doors for each apartment (which are heavy fire-doors) make me feel safer than at any previous place I've lived as a single woman. My apartment is very spacious and the layout is great. This is a wonderful place to live as long as you have transportation and/or good knees, since the nearest TriMet stop is about a half-mile away and the hill to walk down to Walmart is very steep. There is no playground or suitable place for children to
