Town Center Heights

I’ve only lived in these apartments for about a year now but I’ve come to really appreciate Donna and the whole maintenance team. They really take care of the property and make sure everything is tidy and well maintained. Donna is very communicative if there’s any issues and holds a high standard for the property. I’ve enjoyed my living time here more than most places I’ve lived in the past and would recommend this place to anyone :)

When I started feeling compelled to write this review I was pretty shocked at myself, as I’m generally very morally opposed to the structural relationship between landlords and their tenants and don’t usually have nice things to say about them, but my time living here has easily been the most positive experience I’ve had in an apartment complex. Donna is very direct in her communication, and while, like some others have mentioned, it can initially come across as off-putting, I have come to really appreciate her commitment to this place and the obvious, genuine care that her and her team put into maintaining it. I loved living here—it was consistently quiet and clean, and the manager Donna was prompt and friendly whenever I had questions or needed something!

At first I was a little skeptical about not seeing my two bed two bath apartment here at Town Center Heights. But upon apartment hunting, I found out that a lot of places have the same full wait-list, and your spot may be taken before being able to view your place. However, I will say the wait, the friendliness of the staff, Donna, responsiveness of maintenance, and atmosphere are all worth it. As this is my first apartment, I was really cautious about having everything ready. Donna met my partner before I, and he told me good things about her. I will say she lives up to that! She's such a sweetheart! So far my first month here has been wonderful!

I had a very positive experience in the years I lived in the apartment. The management team always had great communication with tenants, were quick to make repairs, and the apartment complex always looked well kept up. When moving out, expectations were clear and nearly all of the deposit was returned minus some for minor repairs and a cleaning fee. It seems very honest and reasonable.
