I've had the opportunity to see Westlake Development Group's homes as both a photographer and a real estate agent. Without reservation, I can say Gerald Rowlett and his team build some of the finest homes in the NW. The marriage of form, function, and aesthetics is consistently of the highest caliber, and their work has been featured in the NY Times and other national and international publications.
