Latitude Apartments

I’ve never lived in an apartment complex. I travel for work and I have been here around 4 months. My experience so far has been great. Not much noise. The apartment is perfect size. The management team has been outstanding on receiving and implementing any issues that arise. Repairs get fixed immediately when requested. My only complaint would be about parking. In the contract it states they would like to see if you have multiple cars, you park extra in your garage and that does not happen unfortunately. Some residents have 3 vehicles and at times you have to park away from your apartment. It would be nice to see Apartment numbers painted on the curbs and any extra vehicle parking marked visitor parking. I know that would be difficult to control but sure would be nice if you live in a grou

My family and I moved into our new apartment in July and its been a great experience. Staff is friendly. When I need to request a maintenance request, they are quick to get those requests done. The building is animal friendly and it has a lot of amenities including an elevator, small fitness center and nice area outside in between the buildings. The apartment itself has a lot of space and its updated. Great place to live.

My husband and I recently moved into Latitude Apartments. The apartments and clean and updated, and the public spaces are well maintained. The pet policy is also wonderful allowing us to have our let reptiles and our dog. Even with lots of pets around, there isnt a lot of barking or disturbance. If you are looking for a spot in Grand Forks, I recommend Latitudes.

I have lived at the Latitude apartments for a year now, and have appreciated the quiet building, the cleanliness and quick response to any issues that come up. A nice part of town, walking paths nearby. Comes with a detached garage and keyless entry on your phone, as well as a fob. Small fitness center- nothing fancy. Elevator and dog park if you have use for it, as well as a community fire pit and chairs.

I just moved in a couple months ago and so far I've had a pleasant time living here. There was some difficulty at first with out garage door but it was fixed. A couple of my favorite things about latitude is how modern it is. The other one is they actually fix what is asked and they do it as fast as they can. I would recommend it. It is also in a quiet neighborhood and you have stores located just a block or so away.
