Las Mariposas Townhouse Home

I've lived in this neighborhood since 2001. I love living in this community! It's quite and the safe and is really a home environment. I raised my kids here and now my grandkids love to visit because of the strong community atmosphere and they feel safe here. There are many things that the community does for it's homeowners such as lawn care, sprinkler systems (paid by the association), a porter that cleans the grounds regularly, improved basketball court, and an amazing pool for home owners that are current on their dues at a minimal charge for the entire summer. The HOA works with the community to address issues that arise, within their limits, that aren't the responsibility of the individual home owners. Love living here!
