Lansdowne Village Apartments

Living here has been very disappointing. A few days ago I witnessed a heated argument between one of the maintenance guys and someone from the leasing office, right in front of the office where everyone could see. They cursed at each other, used offensive language, and even challenged each other to fight outside. Other maintenance workers were standing around watching and did nothing.On top of that, I’ve been having ongoing problems with my apartment. I constantly have to go to the office just to ask for updates on my work orders,something the office staff should be handling as part of customer service. It’s unbelievable how often things are ignored, especially by the young guy at the front desk. Many times he doesn’t even put the work orders in, and I always end up having to call more tha

I was disappointed in the fact that there is not a laundry room in my building 1710. I do not appericate having to go out side the building to the next building to do my laundry. I just take my clothes to the wash N fold, or wash myself since I have to go out the building to wash. I have no issues at this time. Work orders are complete in a timely manner. Office staff and manager always work with you with each issue as needed and give good customer service support 👍🏾. Ms. Willie Moore 1710 #104

I’ve currently been here for five years, didn’t have any issues up until recently, mice running through my apartment after blocking all their entry ways, the new downstairs neighbors smoke so much, my apartment smells so bad even after burning candles, they also fight so much it sounds like they coming through the floor, and I live on the third floor. They have a lot of foot traffic at 3am every night someone banging on the window for drugs. The damn dogs after I called the rental office myself and ask could we have dogs they told me no, but yet it’s huge dog shit in the court yard. And dogs everywhere. Overall the property is decent and you get what you pay for.

I put a maintenance ticket in on both of my toilets. They were backed up. I was informed by the office that they were kind of short this week on maintenance staff. Maintenance showed up this afternoon just before I took my son to work. They were able to fix one toilet shortly after I left. So, I assumed they would come back tomorrow which is a Saturday or even Monday for the second toilet because it was almost boiling down to calling a plumber for the second one. But no, he came back late this evening and fixed the other one. To me, that's above and beyond what he needed to do! Thank you sir. Also, thank you Lansdowne office staff for assuring me that someone would come before the close of business today.

Yeaaa don’t move here if you can’t handle unexpected traffic and rude staff The leasing office does no real effort to place residents and their guests as a priority. I had a friend of mine visit in the afternoon during “non towing” hours and because there was an event at the fedex field, his car got towed. Leaving me to pay $275. During game/events, they don’t even make an effort to notify you beforehand. The country is extremely busy to have to check and keep track of every event happening at the stadium. I mean… it’s bad enough that we have to deal with the HORRENDOUS traffic. If you’re looking for a property that actually cares about its residents, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE !!!!!
