Lansdale Village Apartments

I moved here May 1, 2023 so just 3 months but I love it here! I love being in town, yet kind of secluded. The people who live here have all been very nice and welcoming (except for one and he has moved out). Lana and her team are great, always on top of things. I put in a request for maintenance when the pipe under my kitchen sink started leaking and someone was here and fixed it within 30 minutes! Wow. I hope to be here a long time.

The advertisement was for a first floor apartment & I thought that’s what we we were getting… it’s the second floor with 14 steps to climb up. My husband has C.O.P.D & there is no way we would have taken a second floor. We were told there’s a basement, first floor then a second floor & we thought we were getting the first floor but we called the office & they were very understanding of our situation & left us transfer to their other property that only has a few steps…thank you LANA for making it possible.

Nanika was just simply amazing, she deserves 10 stars. Very understanding and super helpful.

Lana, at the office, responds quickly. Maintenance staff are fun and helpful. The apartments are inexpensive, spacious and location 2 blocks from train.

Everyone I have spoken with at Lansdale village has been amazing!!
