Construction quality is good and overall experience with closing was good and accommodative. But dont trust their warranty process. They call most of the exterior damages aesthetic and not covered. And also flooring they would say it would adjust over time but when it reached six months . They said it is not covered. So have a good inspector evaluate your home and have most aesthetic stuff covered in blue tape if possible with a inspector too and get it all covered before closing.

Me and my fiancé went to look for new homes and get ideas and met Coby. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and houses. He was very patient and kind as he walked us through the process and the houses available. When we are ready we will definitely buy with Coby.
