If I could give Kevin Grubbs in maintenance, more than 5 stars I would. He is not only extremely professional but very kind in how he interacts with me. I had a few items that needed to be fixed in my apt. He fixed all that needed To be fixed quickly and thoroughly and took the time to explain what he did. I so appreciate the high level of customer service Thank you Kevin.

Always very quick to help if there's an issue and they are always extremely kind and helpful. Kevin helped replace our medicine cabinet and he was amazing! He was thorough but quick, and he was respectful of our home throughout the process. Super thankful for him and the rest of the staff here!

Marlon the maintenance technician was the man. I had an emergency issue with my kitchen. He was that my front door in less than 30 minutes . My kitchen sink was leaking water. He came in and did a 5-minute replacement job. He was also super respectful to my home and to my dog! Thanks Marlon I appreciate you brother!

Great job! marlon maradiaga fixed two problems at one 1002 Keller Rd. apartment B. stopped a leak in progress under the sink and then replaced faucet. Everything works great now!
