She made my move-in so smooth and easy everything was clearly explained, handled quickly, and done with such a positive attitude. Tyeise our leasing agent was incredible! She was knowledgable and kind during our leasing process. She was very promt in answering our calls and reaching back out with additional information and details. She was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door and continuously throughout the entire process. we sincerely appreciate all her help. Would 1000% recommend.

Starting off, I will say I did not have an issue with management or the office assistants at this property. With that said I do not believe the rent to property ratio is accurate. These apartments don’t seem to have been renovated since the early 2000s for example they still have the old AC units, old cabinets, old carpets and not to mention, the unit did not come with a microwave. Just a heads up if you do not pay your rent in full on the first, they file a notice for eviction on the second of every month even if you pay on the 10th they still file that paperwork which I feel like is not realistic. Also, if you live at this property just know before you even turn on your electricity, Pepco is going to charge you a $300 energy deposit before your first bill so please expect a $600 energy b
