Sparq Living property management and maintenance in over the last year has been amazing. RJ the maintenance manager, who has been here since Sparq Living had taken over the property management, it seems like he is always around, quickly solving your maintenance issues or needs. Huge improvement having Sparq Living and a blessing.

I lease an apartment at Landing on Chicago apartments located in Lakewood. The maintenance team is the greatest I have seen thus far. Recently my hot water stopped getting hot. I submitted a work order and RJ responded. He came in diagnosed the problem and I was having hot water again!. Thanks guys for all your dedication, hard work, and swift maintenance. 2 thumbs up and 5 Big Stars goes to Landing On Chicago's Maintenance team!!!!!! RJ and his maintenance team goes above the call of duty to make sure residents here are smiling when they leave. "So when your sitting at home and notice a little leak, RJ will be right there, those other guys a week, He found the leak and fixed it now its all new, Because of his great service I had to submit a 5 star review!" -M.Maloid

I love the new maintenance guys and the work but forward an I been here over 5 years now and this is the first time I ever had any work done on my unit ✔️

If I could rate it a 0 star I would. Change of management has changed multiple times and the current management is rude and not friendly or helpful. Quick to shut us out or not let you in the office because of personal phone calls. 100 percent would not recommend!!
