Landing at Fiesta Village

Truly if i could give 0 stars i would. From the beginning of our lease, their were many moments of miscommunication. Our first week living there, we were informed at signing we had no additional payments due and then received a notice of vacate shortly after and after speak with tyler, he informed us that the leasing consultant made a mistake and did not inform us of additional charges. Took me going up to the front office three times and emailing Ashley to get a water filter replacement and my bedroom closet door fixed. Packages are constantly stolen. A constant issue with finding parking, each apartment is given one space and very little open spaces and they threaten to tow you car if you parking at the front so even if you live there you will have to park off the apartment property if

Honestly if you are new to the city, or a college student this is a great place to have your first apartment! They bring the community together with Holiday events! All together they are a great apartment complex and great management team!

Come live here if you want to be punished for the negligence of other people in the community. Ie: taking away amenities along with being threatened to have them being taken away permanently. (Instead of holding those violators accountable) Along with: poop everywhere and apartment complex does nothing about it, half the grills don’t work, other half are absolutely disgusting as well as limited open space parking if you get back home after 4:30 pm As well as the pool chairs are disgusting and need to be replaced and the water fountain in the dog park hasn’t worked for month. (Throw away acct since I’m still currently residing here)

I met with Morgan Manning today (THE LANDING Leasing Consultant). Morgan was so kind, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The property looks amazingly well kept. I walked a two bedroom/two bath unit. This is one of the best properties in the surrounding areas. In addition to their unbelievable leasing specials, the units are priced in a way that won’t break your bank. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, affordability and tranquility, please consider THE LANDING.

The apartments were nice when they were managed by the previous management company PB Bell. Since the new management company AMC has taken over, the quality of service and property management has significantly declined. I was going to extend my lease by one month, doing a month to month. I called the office and Ashley the assistant manager said to send an email, I sent the email. When I called back to confirm the lease change, they had no documentation of the request. The community amenities are weather worn and not routinely updated. Additionally, it does take the management long periods to fix grills/ broken equipment around the property. The package locker doesn’t allow access to amazon flex drivers so packages are left around the community and regularly stolen or tampered with. Our g
