Avoid Caryn Strain, the Manager at 4828 El Camino Ave! Caryn Strain, the current manager at 4828 El Camino Ave, is the absolute worst. She’s unprofessional, rude, and seems to get joy out of making residents’ lives miserable. Be prepared for constant yelling over minor issues and creative excuses to keep your security deposit, no matter how clean you leave the apartment. Plus, her constant smoking on the property makes it smell awful and shows her complete disregard for the place. It’s painfully obvious she’s letting her personal problems destroy her job. Mercy Housing needs to replace her—she’s a total failure at managing this property!

Grew Up here lived in these apartments most my life. Lots of good & bad memories but still like to drive thru here sometimes. Bittersweet

~ Constant changing of the property manager creates an environment in which you cannot ever get anything done in your apartment. If your bathroom fan breaks it takes over a month to get it replaced. If your toilet runs and makes noise, they will somehow break your flusher. If you need an air conditioner replaced for 6 years, they will tell you that it 'seems to be working to them.' If you need them to fix the area above your front door so that, in the Winter, it doesn't leak and cause your door to swell to the degree in which it becomes impossible to close without throwing your full weight into it, they won't do anything about it. The last maintenance person we had was being dismissive of my mother's concerns about her apartment and this one humors her but still never does what he is suppo

What is considered low income for 1 person with a job. Looking for a 1 bedroom apartment.
